USA orders

-Under normal conditions (excluding sales and collection launches) once your order has been received and processed, if in stock, it will ship within 72 hours. If the order is not in stock, please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

-There are no returns on underwear, g-strings or clearance items.

-Please allow 5-7 days from actual shipping date for your N2N order to arrive.

-USA orders are shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL, unless overnight* is desired. If you would like overnight shipping with a tracking number, please contact us and we will provide options and charges. *DHL, UPS, FED EX

-Due to the sheer volume of orders during a sale or collection launch please allow additional time for delivery.

-International FIRST CLASS MAIL items are NOT trackable.

-Estimated delivery time varies by destination but is usually 8-14 business days.(may take longer for certain countries)

-We do offer the option of using guaranteed service such as DHL, UPS or FED EX. If you would like guaranteed service with a tracking number, please contact us and we will provide options and charges.
