Shipping Information

USA orders

-Under normal conditions (excluding sales and collection launches) once your order has been received and processed, if in stock, it will ship within 72 hours. If the order is not in stock, please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

-There are no returns on underwear, g-strings or clearance items.

-Please allow 5-7 days from actual shipping date for your N2N order to arrive.

-USA orders are shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL, unless overnight* is desired. If you would like overnight shipping with a tracking number, please contact us and we will provide options and charges. *DHL, UPS, FED EX

-Due to the sheer volume of orders during a sale or collection launch please allow additional time for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL orders

-There are no returns on underwear, g-strings or clearance items.

-All orders shipped outside the US are sent via First Class International through the US Postal Service and is handed off to the reciprocating mail service in the destination country. Delivery usually happens within 14 business days but could take longer if there is a queue for customs inspections. May take longer for certain countries.

-International First Class International Mail items are NOT trackable.

*Upon arrival of your order you may be asked by the destination country to pay an import tax for your package. N2N does not set these taxes and we can not waive them.

-We do offer the option of using guaranteed service such as DHL, UPS or FED EX. If you would like guaranteed service with a tracking number, please contact us and we will provide options and charges.

-Orders to MACAU are only done through DHL and must be called in to our office first.
